The goal of the Sports Pedagogy Laboratory (LaPE) is the developmentof research involving different aspects inherent to sports teaching and training. It is a multi-user space with the aim of conducting interviews with different sports protagonists (qualitative research), analyzing videos of different sports (qualitative and quantitative research) and houses its own bibliographic collection.
LaPE has two research lines
• Sports Pedagogy;
• Game Analysis.
Two study groups are linked to LaPE:
• Study and Research Group on Sociocultural and Pedagogical Aspects of Sport (GEPESPE-RP).
• Study and Research Group on Game Analysis (GEPAJ).
Undergraduate and Postgraduate students and professionals in the field can participate in GEPESPE-RP and GEPAJ.
Developed activities:
Currently, there are ongoing research projects in these areas at EEFERP coordinated by faculty members.
The extension projects “Multisports School” and “EEFERP-USP Futsal School - are linked to LaPE, which works with the data collected in both projects.
